Not sure what to do - parking ticket in nhs car park

I have received a parking charge notice from TPS after parking in an hours staff parking bay for not displaying a valid permit.
I work as a community midwife and have to pick up & drop off equipment at the hospital, we have a card to say community midwife on call which we put in the dash to allow us to park in the hour space to give us time to sort out our equipment.
I had put my card on the dash but unfortunately it had fallen off probably when I was opening and closing the doors.
I am a member off staff and had not breached the hour so should I have to pay this?? ANy advice would be helpful.

How can it be "snap" when they are two different companies. And what's with this "u", can't you spell properly? What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?0

Just ignore TPS if you are the RK, they are just a private company who can't force you to pay anything short of a court order, and as they never do court it will never go further . You have a right to park there as part of your job, this plainly is a penalty so not even legal, the advice of ignore is posted because its proven to work very well.Excel Parking, MET Parking, Combined Parking Solutions, VP Parking Solutions, ANPR PC Ltd, & Roxburghe Debt Collectors. What do they all have in common?
They are all or have been suspended from accessing the DVLA database for gross misconduct!
Do you really need to ask what kind of people run parking companies?0 -
Ignore them louise, they have no legal ability to make you pay anything.0
