Moduslink Vista upgrade contact problems

Cutting to the chase, my order was verified on 23/02/07, details verified etc but had a nightmare getting the payment sorted. It's done and within the timescale, but I really want to speak to a human being about it as they have not replied to any of my emails and I'm still waiting for my copy.

I've tried ringing the UK number, 00800 666 44 666, but it's a recorded message and as I'm hearing impaired, I can't make out what is being said (and have said this in my emails).

Does anyone know of any other phone numbers please or where to find them?

    Do a google for 'Moduslink Vista upgrade' and you'll find you are not alone in having problems.

    I don't know where your disc would be coming from though (Ireland?).

    try ringing again, then hit 3 to speak to a human, and cut past the recorded message.

    This company is a complete waste of time. Every week I ring I get the same story...'yes it will be shipped next week'. They have had my money for 6 weeks now and still no upgrade.SORT IT OUT!

    They are indeed a waste of time. Afew weeks ago i got an email saying to pay by bank transfer, yet i had already send a cheque (which has still not yet been cashed). So i gave them a ring and they said it's being send to the "fulfillment centre" and will be dispatched as soon as possible. I might have to give them another ring to find out what on earth they are doing. I would've used a credit casrdon the site, however it managed to reject about 5 different valid cards =/

    Well after almost 5 months after applying for the upgrade it has finally been despatched. After god knows how many calls to moduslink!

    I e-mailed them last week telling them how much their service sucked basically and asking where the hell my disk was!

    Got an e-mail back 24hrs later saying it had been despatched!

    The whole process has been a shambles. Moduslink have been poor.
