Ppi claim, urgent advice

Hi I need some advice regarding a claims company
In July this year I used a claims company to claim some ppi claims against Barclay card I got paid out on my barclaycard in september I thought it was all completed, I now no that it was a bad idea to use a claims company.
Two days ago I got a text from them again saying your claim has been submitted to lender. I thought what's going so I gave them a call to see if it was a mistake, I am now being told that they ran a what I think she said a SAR report and they have found a goldfish card that has ppi attached to it and hasn't been claimed, I have searched the house and found the card it is true I did have a goldfish card with the account number they have claimed against. Is this illegal I have signed no paperwork authorising the sar report, I haven't given them any information regarding the goldfish card they have done this on there own, although I did sign a contract regarding earlier in the year claims against barclay card although it is now the same company.
Any advise
