Are IKEA kitchen offers honoured by other branches

I am looking to get an Ikea kitchen. On their website there are no kitchen offers for the Bristol store, which is our nearest, whereas Cardiff page shows they are offering the £100 voucher per £1000 spent as well as 20% doors etc.
Are the offers local to each store or would Bristol do the same offers?
I've tried ringing both stores and the telephone services are closed. If anyone knows ahead of our visit tomorrow, I'd be grateful.
