CC over payment due to IT fault

Don't really know which section to post this, a couple of weeks back I went to pay my CC using my mobile app, when I pressed send the screen returned NULL, so I tried again and once again the screen returned NULL, so I thought no probs I will try again later, only when I went back to the main screen the monies had been deducted TWICE putting me overdrawn, after several calls to the bank, they admitted there was an IT problem and re-imbursed one of the payments, however my CC is still in credit by one of the payments >£700, I expected after a few days the money would be deducted from the CC back to the account and the bank would reclaim the credit. As mentioned no sign of a deduction.
Anybody had this before? How long does it take to turnaround?

Just make sure they dont charge you a penalty for being in credit as thats against most cards T&C's0

It's a standard Barclaycard mastercard, I have been in credit in the past without charge, I have a halifax clarity card and I think in the T&Cs they don't like you being in credit, I will ring the bank on 3/12/12 to see what they are doing about it.0 -
Just a quick update, Barclaycard refunded the over payment back to my current account, but my bank has not taken the money back out , it has been over 2 weeks now

Final update, Barclays have reclaimed the monies back from my current account. Just as well I left it there (in the current account).0
