There is a chance they could take you to court, but its less than the chance of the next euro millions draw being 1-2-3-4-5 stars 6&7 drawn in that order.

I can see how they work, I thought myself quite strong but even I was tempted to cave following nasty letter.

I wonder how many people do pay up these 'fines', does anyone have the stats?

Would you normaly pay someone who sent you a "nasty letter "?

Seriously though, you need not worry about these scam letters, they are safe to ignore.

My sons just got one of these PCN's today, I took one look at it and laughed....again!!!
The reason I laughed was because he had displayed the ticket for a full day and still the stuck one of their notices on the car.

Here we go again waiting for the junk mail to add up again.

Of course I ignore all the letters, thanks to all you lovely people on MSE.
