Natwest Railcard in 2nd year?

Hi,
Last year I took out a Natwest student account and received the free railcard. Apparently, Natwest will issue a railcard every year of the course, up to three years. My card expires in July but I can't find all the bumph that says how to go about getting the card for the next academic year. Does Natwest send it out automatically or do we need to contact them to prove our continuing student status?

They will send out a new one just before your current card expires. You don't need to do anything - it will have the same photo as before.0
