cancellation fee leaving southern electric for gas and electricity

hello,
i have changed my supplier from npower to southern electric
and yesterday (16/11/2012) was the day when they swap
unfortunately everything is not going well and i'd like to cancell the contract for gas and electricity and go back to the previous supplier
what are the fees to do that?

    They are whatever the early termination fee for your particular tariff is. Since you don't state the tariff, we can't tell you.
    Assuming that the tariff has an ETC-not all do.
    You can't 'cancel' the switch once it has completed-you'll have to apply to switch back, which will take 4-6 weeks, like before.
    But, after just one day, how can it have gone badly?
    No free lunch, and no free laptop ;)
