Is it still possible to claim back on mis-sold PPI even if the facility was used at one point?

Yes you can still complain about the sale of the PPI if you have claimed on the policy. However, your reasons for complaint are likely to be far more limited and if your complaint is successful, the amount of the claim is deducted from the redress which often means nothing is paid out.
You cant say you were not eligible, you cant say you didnt need it, you cant say you didnt know you had it. So, what would your complaint be?I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA).
