My thread keeps getting moved and it's a bt annoying!
I spoke to LLoyds today who say they didn't receive my first letter a month ago. Lying swines!
Then I spoke to a cheeky little 17 year old (sounded like that) who said the charges are not unlawful as I signed terms and conditions when I opened the account.
No matter what we say, they will continueto use this line.... Any sugestions as to how I can come back at them with a correct response?
thanks

Hiya,
Did you send the letter recorded delivery? If you did you can prove to them that they had signed for it.
I would just ignore everything they say regarding them being lawfull etc and stick to the timescale on here. Iv'e had fob off letters etc but just ignored them and sent the letters at the relevant times.
I know its very frustrating and Irritating, mines been going on for a while and all friends and family have had theres refunded just not me!!! You'll get there in the end.

Sent off a duplicate letter today to replace the one they never received HAHA!!!!!..so, back to waiting! My neighbour told me today that she had gone to the Citizens' Advice Bureau to reclaim charges from 2 years ago (when her husband left home) and they drafted a letter for her..this was around a month ago and she got an offer for the full amount of £2000. She didn't even know about this site! :T0
