1. By entering the free prize draw (the “Prize Draw”) you agree to these terms and conditions.

2. This Prize Draw is open to residents of the UK (excluding Northern Ireland) aged 18 or over, except for employees of the Arcadia Group and Bhs Limited, their families, agencies or anyone else associated with this Prize Draw.

3. To enter you must complete the entry form online here between 00:00:01 GMT on 16 November 2012 and 23:59:59 GMT on 1 December 2012 (the “Closing Date”). Only one entry per person. Topshop does not accept responsibility for network, computer, hardware or software failures of any kind, which may restrict or delay the sending or receipt of your entry. Entries must not be sent in through agents or third parties.

4. By entering this Prize Draw, you agree that your details including your email address may be used to keep you informed about Topshop promotions, products and news. Topshop complies with the standard procedures laid down in the UK Data Protection Act to ensure that the personal information you give us is kept secure and processed fairly and lawfully. We will not share your information with third parties for marketing purposes unless you have given us permission to do so. 5. The winner will be the first entry drawn at random (by an independent person) on 3 December 2012. The winner will be notified by phone on 4 December 2012. Topshop’s decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into. There will only be one winner.

6. There is one prize (the “Prize”) which consists of:

• return travel to London for the winner and their guest;

7. Travel consists of return standard class train or bus tickets for the winner and their guest from the winner's hometown to London (whichever is the cheapest and at the sole discretion of Topshop). Accommodation consists of one night in a 3 star hotel based on two sharing a twin or double room to be chosen at Topshop's sole discretion. Dinner will consist of a 3 course meal at a restaurant of Topshop's choice on the night of the stay.

8. The Beauty Vouchers must be spent on one day (being the same day for the winner and their guest). Any value remaining at the end of the day cannot be redeemed. The Beauty Vouchers must be spent across at least three of the beauty partners (being WAH Nails, Blink, Hershesons Blow Dry Bar, Metal Morphosis Tattoos and Piercing, Strip and Bleach). Only one treatment can be redeemed at Strip. A maximum spend of £150 can be redeemed at Metal Morphosis Tattoos and Piercing for tattooing. Acrylic and gel nails at WAH Nails are excluded. The Beauty Vouchers can only be used for treatments and cannot be redeemed against beauty products.

9. The £250 Personal Shopping Appointments must be spent on the same day as the Beauty Vouchers. Any value remaining at the end of the day cannot be redeemed.

10. Unless expressly included in the Prize as described above, any costs incurred in addition to or in connection with the Prize will be at the expense of the winner.

11. The winner's guest must be aged 18 or over. The Beauty Vouchers and the Personal Shopping Appointments are only redeemable at Topshop's Oxford Circus store (214 Oxford Street, London).

12. Topshop will contact the winner to arrange the travel, accommodation and dinner. The winner can select the day on which to redeem the Prize. The Prize must be redeemed by 31 January 2013. Beauty appointments should be booked in advance by calling 0844 488 6161. Personal shopping appointments should be booked in advance by calling 0844 243 5544.

13. If Topshop has been unable to contact the winner by phone by 18:00:00 GMT on 5 December 2012, Topshop reserves the right to award the Prize to an alternative winner.

14. Prize is non transferable, non refundable and non negotiable. There is no cash alternative. Topshop reserves the right to substitute the Prize for one of its choosing which has a value the same or greater than the original prize in the event of circumstances outside of its control.

15. By entering the Prize Draw the winner agrees to participate in such promotional activity and material as Topshop may require.

16. Winner’s details will be available for 30 days after the Closing Date by sending a SAE to Win a Topshop Beauty Make-over Prize Draw, Topshop Marketing at the address below.

17. Topshop reserves the right to (i) cancel this Prize Draw, (ii) cancel or refuse any individual’s entry and (iii) amend these terms and conditions (and will use reasonable endeavors to notify changes to entrants and potential entrants). These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law and the English courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction in the case of a dispute.
