Prices are good. BUT have you tried to claim?
Interested to know if anyone happened to be 'caught out' by the Winter Storm that hit New York on 16/17 March 2007. Did your insurer pay out? Was it Insureandgo?
My son was delayed in San Francisco for 96 and half hours but wasn't entitled to a penny.
3 nights Hotel accommodation booked in New York, previously paid for, also went by the wayside. As has a claim for reimbursement for the 4 nights accommodation he had to stump up for in Frisco.
Flight back to UK had to be changed from the Monday to the Wednesday again incurring a charge as well as 1 night in New York.
Insureandgo are not interested and simply quote their policy wording.

your son was with insureandgo? that's bad.
Might reconsider my renewal then.....
