PayPal problem, contact No.?

I have been trading with Ebay via PayPal a few months now, ordered items have arrived, Credit Card always paid up.
Have won an auction on but PayPal now asking for 2nd Credit Card, despite having £2k accesible funds on the primary Credit Card, I have even been into the bank and cleared the outstanding bill, But still PayPal are asking for a 2nd card No (Which I don't have), Any Ideas or contact Numbers?

If you go to the contact us page while logged into PayPal there is a tab for 'call us'.

When you click this it generates a code you enter after calling the number published on the page. I suppose this lets them verify you are the person who owns the account.

Is you account fully verified? It may be that you need to verify the account to be able to buy more goods.

Not quite sure what you mean, I have made about a dozen purchases so far, theres no problem with the Credit Card that I originally supplied.They are now asking for another card if I wish to purchase immediately and have just seen that they only work Mon - Fri on a + 353 no.(no doubt a premium rate no).

daft question time- are you on the proper paypal site that is asking you for another credit card?

The reason i ask is that if I click on 'contact us' in my paypal account I automatically get a pin number that gives me immediate access and the phone lines are open 7 days a week

PayPal Customer Service opening times are from Monday-Friday 8am-10pm, Saturday 8am-9pm or Sunday 9am-9pm. If your call is about a limitation placed on your account, please phone Monday-Friday 8am-8.30pm or Saturday-Sunday 9.30am-6.30pm.
If your call is about a claim, please phone Monday-Friday 9.30am-8.30pm or Saturday-Sunday 9.30am-6.30pm. You may be charged more for calling from a mobile phone.

I am concerned that as yours says something different, that you are on a fake site. Access to the pin number and telephone number was 2 clicks from the home page- so not hard to find.

Usually when I call them using a pin number I get access to a real person in less than a minute.

Thanks Soolin, called them today transpires that my account wasn't verified, I'd used My C/Card on a friends account and they blocked it as a duplicate, rather new to paypal (and computers it would seem!!).
This is the site that I used https://www.paypal.com/cy but I cant dial 0845 Nos from here so had to dial the +3531436 9111
