special delivery not tracking

i sold an iPod this week and posted it tuesday.
since wednesday, the RM website has had the following message on it:
Your item has reached the delivery office and is out for delivery.
We can confirm that your item left the delivery office this morning and should arrive shortly if it hasn’t been delivered already.
I haven't had any correspondence or feedback from the seller.
has anyone seen this message before? should i start panicking yet?

it's spelt d-e-f-i-n-i-t-e-l-y
there - 'in or at that place'
their - 'owned by them'
they're - 'they are'
it's bought not brought (i just bought my chicken a suit from that new shop for £6.34)

If you told your buyer that their item was being sent by SD for delivery on Wednesday, I would imagine that they would have contacted you by now if it hadn't turned up? I wouldn't be worried.0

most likely its been delivered,however not 100%.if it hadn't been delivered then i would have expected it scanned back in the office.so for your purposes,the tracking would update(still an audit failure though) best way to get an idea is to phone the buyers delivery office on Monday TBH. Things like a PDA crashing can cause this sort of thing.0
