What do people think of this BT Free Evening and Weekend calls for a year deal, is it any good? It's a 18 month contract, free calls for 12 months, then £3.95 per month for the remainder of the term.
It's not a bad deal is it?

It's not good though.
Staying on BT Together Option 1 and opting for Primus Saver Option 2 CPS will give you free evening and weekend UK 01/02 calls of up to 90 minutes (BT's are only up to an hour) for no monthly fee - so why should you pay BT £3.95/month from month 13 onwards?Time has moved on (much quicker than it used to - or so it seems at my age) and my previous advice on residential telephony has been or is now gradually being overtaken by changes in the retail market. Hence, I have now deleted links to my previous 'pearls of wisdom'. I sincerely hope they helped save some of you money.0 -

The BT contract averages out at approx £1.32p a month for the 18 months.
