Doing something wrong - Is fixed price BIN for free listing this weekend?

Porto Bello- does Auctiva get rund the no third party listers for free listing days?
Not easily, but there is a way around!
If you submit an auction for anything above 99p, you get charged a listing fee, so what I do is list an item for 99p via Auctiva (so the pictures are present).
Then immediately cancel it.
Then relist it, adding all the details and description, for the desired price.
Seems to work ok - though I don't do it too often as I've a feeling lots of immediately cancelled auctions is possibly going to draw criticism from eBay! - I tend to insert the odd Auctiva derived cancelled auction in amongst a few relisted items"The secret of life is honesty and fair dealing.
...If you can fake that, you've got it made."

In an attempt to eradicate NPBs over Christmas, I'm ticking the box:
"Require immediate payment when buyer uses Buy it now"
For anyone unfamiliar, if you tick this box, the item will remain listed and available for sale until it is physically paid for by Paypal.
The only downside is this prevents any other form of payment being used, so it freezes out anyone wanting to make a purchase by cheque, PO or cash.
You have just reminded me that i must do this-i have 4 npb open just this week for over £50 worth of stuff so i am a little annoyed.
Really don't want people messing around over xmas.0
