I've received my first letter from Town and City Parking. How do they know I am the registered keeper? I was under the impression That they could not use the DVLA. How did they do that then?
Needless to say I'm ignoring them.

You were under the wrong impression, they can get the info from DVLA , so that's what they have done .0 -

I am waiting for my first letter from them.
I got my ticket in ASDA over a week ago and I have complained to ASDA but to no avail. I have another letter to compose.
I am also ignoring T&C
I also think it is a disgrace that the DVLA give out the addresses.0 -

Ruddy disgraceful, even though a court ruled against the DVLA. Yet if I want to find out who is parking over my drive, so I can't get in or out, all they say is the vehicle is taxed. What about dropped curbs? The police wont do anything0

If you can't get out your drive, phone the police as this could be classed as blocking, which is illegal under the new POFA.0
