Well after writing this mornings post I set my day off been very positive and determined to get started, Well the first area that I have started to de junk is the garage, my main focus is to clear an area for me to work in the garage safely, but also to sort out anything I can sell as well as throwing things away I spent about two hours clearing as well as a trip to the tip, on the way back I called into a car boot sale and got a total bargain and so delighted I bought a pair of paul smith shoes at the sale for £2 you should see how much they are going for on ebay lots of money:D:D:D :j well during the afternoon I was graced with my beautiful DD I simply love her been around we haven't done much today but enjoyed each others company watched pre recorded simpsons and ate some sweeties...:p0

Thanks mara I feel the solicitors telephone conversation was very beneficial to me I feel basically what is going to happen is my ex will get one final opportunity to give me more access if this is not a success then a court application will be the next step and thus will incorporate a interview with dd as well to see her feelings on things0
