Hey Lots been going on for me Yesterday afternoon after dinner i went out with my daughter to the Shildon Locomotion train museum it was good we took part in the various activities colouring in jenga and brass rubbings aswell as looking at The trains from old, once finished, we went back home, Emma then went back to her mums just before six. Afterwards i went to church, and once that ended it was time to finish my assignment off Understanding Mental health awareness blimey i had so much to do and the deadline was today. I finally got it sorted at 4am this morning...
Spends for Sunday.-one pound for lucozade

Well i got up at 9:45 am and today is going to be a bit of a busy day I posted my assignment off, posted my claim for tax rebate on my uniform, aswell as supporting my father with his shopping whilst out i decided to weigh myself at Tesco (16 stone gutted) my father treat me to dinner after the shock with my weight i had Jacket potato tuna and salad on a positive note though i have been able to put 250 pound into my savings account. Any way i am going to take mum to the doctors this afternoon hope everyone has a good day Xhappydaddyx

Thanks head above water hope your days been a good one, I hope that Everyone's day has been good as well and you have not been working to hard ) Well I have spent the afternoon with my daughter, picking her up from school and then at 4:30pm we went to choir practice, once this had finished we went back home cold and wet, The weather in the North East is dreadful this evening cant wait for the warm weather to come. Well this evening I am going out for a gathering with my friends and my lady friend as well I need to chill a bit, I haven't seen Lynda for a while we have txt ed a lot I have missed her Well I am going to enjoy the rest of my time with my daughter have a good night everyone XhappydaddyX

Hi everyone hope you all have a good day today and haven't been blown away with the winds well today has been a good day for me its been a day off for me today I have decided to put my feet up, I assisted my mum and dad this am with their care needs and then in the afternoon I went out for a couple of hours with Lynda for a date cinema pizza express on the orange Wednesdays well is this it for me has happy daddy finally found a decent woman fingers crossed, well spends for today 3.00 Lynda paid for everything xx so happy so chilled and with a smile on my face good night everyonex
