Listing Variations - no Button or pop up

Hi, Any help would be greatly appreciated. Have spent all evening trying to work out why I can't list with variations. I am trying to do this on my business account. There is no pop up and on the create your listing page there is no add or remove options button in the 'List multiple variations of your item in one fixed price listing' section.
I have tried this on my private account and although there is no pop up there is the button on the create your listing page to do variations. It's driving me crazy!

I had a similar issue a month ago- and there are all sorts of problems with MVL listings at the moment.
I managed to get it through by logging out, clearing all my cache and starting again.
