Recently bought a new bathroom from them. Friday evening noticed possible fault with shower tray. Called on Saturday morning, message left for salesperson to deal with on Monday. Site visit on Wednesday, new shower tray arrived 11am on Friday.
Now THAT is what I call customer service!!!:T:T:T
