Colchester University Hospital Trust.

Just a heads-up that the above Trust has now taken-on the role of Policing it's carparks directly rather than using a 3rd-party company.
This means that there is now a contract formed between driver and landowner when parking and they are intending to push cases through to Court for non-payment of parking charges.

For reference, the PCT building next door to the General Hospital is free to park in and only 5 minutes walk from the Hospital.

But they will only be able to claim for their actual material losses and not some imaginary figure they've plucked out of the sky. They will also have to join the BPA and become an AOS member to be able to obtain the RK's address.
What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?

This is for the public pay and display car parking. Tbh it is not possible to actually enter the car park without obtaining a tick from the barrier first.
As for calculating actual loss, I guess they will bill for the unpaid parking fee along with an amount equal to the cost of the time taken to issue the ticket.

To be fair, the carpark generates around £750k p/a which goes towards the running costs of the Hospital (it actually covers the costs of the security staff & other non-medical staff, so I have no issues with paying to park if it means that the A&E dept. can stay open 24/7.
