I have gone through the prosess of getting my statments for the last 6 years (without a £10.00 charge from Barclays) and about to send off to Barclays,but where do i send it ?, is it my branch

Check out the Bank charges recliam thread, it's a 'sticky' . It has all addresses in there.
You could send it to your branch who will send it to head office but that takes longer to deal with. Make sure you send ALL your post with a 'Signed for' sticker ie registered/recorded then you can see when they've received it.
