Here's one for you!

Let's suppose I bought a sky box on ebay. I then tried to phone sky to match up my viewing card with the box, and they can't as the seller hasn't completed their contract on the box they've sold to me. I cannot use the box and the seller "does not accept returns".

Where would I stand please? Would it be SNAD do you think?
They call me Dr Worm... I'm interested in things; I'm not a real doctor but I am a real worm.

Comments

  • I thought the box belonged to Sky for the first year of the contract.

I'm sure it did when I got one from them many years ago. If that's the case here, then its not theirs to sell. Cant see eBay siding with the seller if a SNAD was opened and that info provided.
