Under house garage

Im wondering if anybody has an idea of the implications and cost of doing an under house garage extension.
Currently our house sits on top of the driveway with a grass bank i would like to remove the earth upto the front of the house and go under the house to fit a garage much like you see in these town houses.
I've got hundreds of ideas but not sure if the cost is worth it in a semi detached.
Either way the driveway has to be redone as we have gravel boards that are giving way as there is no retaining wall in place and i fear one more bad winter the boards will give and crash down onto the car.

It would most probably be cheaper to move as you would have to support the house on new foundations and the garage, reroute any utilities that may be in the vicinity of the garage unless of course its for a three million pound ferrari......0

Reminds me of the time we had a painter in, I asked him to paint the porch round the back of the house, few days later he finished painting the house, doing the porch last, we hadnt actually seen him, his parting shot to me was, 'by the way missus, the porshe round the back you wanted me to paint was a ferrari...................'make the most of it, we are only here for the weekend.
and we will never, ever return.0 -

I thought it would the implications would outweight the practicality aspect ten fold. Oh well stick it out..0
