Thanks to all the answers. Just found out that my wife won the ticketmaster quiz from yesterday.

I need to contact pigsback to say i haven't had my lightspeed points (150) and its been over 2 weeks, do i do it via the website or is there an email address i can use and attach my lightspeed confirmation email as proof?

I have emailed pigsback a few times but they have not replied.

check your date or time on the computer hasnt been changed. someone did this in our house and we couldnt get into pigsback but we changed the date back to the proper date and hey presto we got into pigsback straight away.
