Sorry OT but these people http://www.eco-office-supplies.co.uk/ recycle epson cartridges and give the money to SENSE. You don't any money for it but they're the only people I've found who recycle Epson. If you email them they will send you a freepost bag :-)

For the last 3 weeks now, myself and all the rest of my family have been unable to log on to Pigsback.

We all keep getting back this message:

"You need to be registered or logged in to your account to access this area of the site.

Incorrect Username"

I have emailed pigsback a few times but they have not replied.

Has anyone else had this problem and how can I fix it?

Hi there, I've signed up to Garlick recieved my letter today so checked my credit report *faints* lol.
Just wondering what happens with your account, i prob wont use it again was just to get some extra points and check my full report when its ready.

they may have been suspended in case they think they are being fraudulantly operated by the same peson. I'd give them a ring on Monday

Yes i had the exact same problem with my account. I was just ready to spend my 1035pp, when i found that i couldnt log on my account the next day, displaying the same error. I e-mailed them and told them i had made a smilar account (that my mum used- but only had 150pp in) and asked is this why i can no longer access my account? They told me 'no' this is not the case, it is just simply because they had never had that particular e-mail address registered on the website before... when i know for a fact i have as i went on it daily :mad: I was rather annoyed why i didnt get an exact explanation for this and had to create another scratch.. starting from 0pp
