Question please: Has anyone had a voucher get lost in the post? I ordered on the the 18th of April, emailed Pigsback and they saud that it was processed on the 20th and sent three days later and to check at my local sorting office. I have and it's not there, I'm pretty sure the Royal Mail have lost it.

If anyone's has got lost how helpful were Pigsback? I'm not hugely confident I'm going to get this voucher at all at the moment :-(

Do you know I have just ordered 3 vouchers and was just thinking the same - perhaps they will get lost in the post!! And I should have ordered them one by one.

sorry can't help you but I do think they can take a while to arrive sometimes.

Can anyone recommend any other cashback type sites like this one??

Ive never lost an item (touch wood) but Royal Mail should issue you with some sort of small claims form? Why not explain the situation in an email to Pigsback and ask for their help. They can at least confirm that it was processed and sent. One of my sisters vouchers didnt turn up but I think pigsback had omitted to send it, so she did receive it eventually from Pigsback, Sorry I couldnt be of any more help, I do hope it turns up xx

Thanks all for your replies. I emailed Pigsback yesterday and was told that it was sent out within three working days of April 20th. They said it would be returned to them if it was delivered and to check my sorting office. I've emailed them again to say it's definitely not at the sorting office so they should pursue RM for compensation.

The tone of the email suggested that they would not send another voucher at unless the one they sent was returned. Hopefully I've misread the tone of the email and they'll send me another one out! I really want to spend it!

Pigsback are really bad at the moment, my OH ordered an Arcadia voucher just before they went out of stock, and when the voucher arrived it was a Boots voucher!

He emailed them about it, and they credited his points back and asked him to post the Boots one back.. they did not mention anything about compensating for the postage cost of returning it or the inconvenience! They refused to, so my OH kept the voucher and ordered other stuff with the re-credited points.

I think it was totally rude of them! Basically they sent the wrong voucher on purpose becuase they didnt have what he wanted and expected him to like it or lump it I guess!!
