Closed account, still with bank but different account, still a claim?

Hi, i am with alliance and leicester and currently have a premier direct account, which i upgraded from a young worker account in april 2006 after turning 21.

Since changing i have not had many charges that i havent had refunded, but on my previous account i had many, can i still request the previous statements from my old account and claim the charges from it?

many thanks

Basically yes you can. Just send in your Subject Access Request with the account number and £10 fee if applicable and get your 6 years details as usual. Good luck :)
