Hi,

Has anyone got any recommendations for cheap buildings cover for listed properties? - To make it even more tricky the property is located adjacent to a harbour (although it has never flooded)

Thanks

Try a local broker (Avoid Swintons), they will know which Insurers are good in the local area and especially adjacent to the harbour.

Many mainstream companies will cover grade 2 listed buildings. With the harbour so close they may require additional info. Ie distance & height from water, previous flood history, etc.

You may not be able to purchase your insurance online but you can get some quotes and ring any that are competitive.
