Anyone any thoughts on the above.

Its a special in an offer for Cooperative members at £79.99 reduced from £99 but on Amazon its well over £100.

Just wondered if anyone recommended it.

    The spec a bit low.
Zoostorm SL8 mini is £80, with slightly better spec

What's your budget? The less you pay, the lower quality tablet you'll get.

the sumivsion titan appears to be acceptable from the specs and the reviews that i have found about it, http://www.ebuyer.com/392404-sumvision-titan-tablet-pc-titan-9
    Drop a brand challenge
on a £100 shop you might on average get 70 items save
    10p per product = £7 a week ~ £28 a month
    20p per product = £14 a week ~ £56 a month
30p per product = £21 a week ~ £84 a month (or in other words one weeks shoping at the new price)

1024x768 pixels display. The Nexus 10 is 2560x1600, the Samsung Galaxy Tab2 is 1280x800 and the Ipad is 2048x1536.

So the Titan is closest to the Tab2 display-wise. (The Nexus 7 is 1280x800 but on a smaller display).

What I'm getting at is you need to be sure that the resolution (pixels per inch) is OK for you for the Titan, especially since it is the same price (ish) as the Nexus 7.

It is an interesting proposition though ... not so many years ago we had computers with 15" monitors running 1027 x 768 resolution. :)

Looking at the Titan reviews, the Pipo M1 is also recommended.

Pipo M1 shipping from HK. If there is any problem with the tablet, you would probably need to ship it back for exchange. For a difference of £13, Sumvision could be better buy.

I have a quick look on what available at amazon.
Cube U20GT are at same spec with Sumvision Titan. And it is £120 + 4.50 shipping.. However, it is also shipping from HK, if you need to pay VAT, it will end up more expensive
