What happens once the Allocation Questionaire has been filled and sent to courts ?

Hi i sent the Allocation Questionaire off to my local courts 2 wks ago,what actually happens once the courts have recieved this and the Nationwide Questionaire too ?

    You will be sent a letter with a court date after completing the questionnaire and sending it back. Timescales for this depend on how busy the court is with these cases so I'd ring them and check on the progress of your claim. You can probably expect to receive an offer of settlement from the bank anytime soon though too. Its doubtful they will turn up in court :)
