    Great letter.

do you have any problems with me using the out line of your letter to my MP, the more of us that do this may be they will take action.

Have you thought about our human rights
why can the DVLA but us in harms way when the company has no legal basis to win.

please tell me if i am wrong.

Also the pub were they gave me there invoice does not have Planning permission for there cameras

Oh, for goodness sake!! Why do people cry "human rights" whenever someone else does something they don't like? I applaud the stance the OP is taking. Don't belittle it by going off on ridiculous tangents.

I have no problems with anyone using these letters as templates. But if you park in my space well, expect lots of official looking letters :P

As to the human rights aspect this is a not about human rights, this is simply a case of the parking companies and landowners being accountable for their actions.

Hold on one second please !
I am new here and have read a lot over the last few days
my point was not a cry of human rights but a genuine remark as to if this was possible. To be honest i dont know if any one has tried this.
In my simple way if some one can fight a case to stay in a country because they owned a cat why can i not ask why is the DVLA putting me in harms way when the parking companies have no legal leg to stand on and are in breach of there own code of conduct.

Now the statement i have made may be ridiculous, in your eyes, but the question still stands. would it not be better to say already done, or look at this or god forbid sound interesting.

I am not your enemy, i may be new but this is not reason to have a go at me, we need to work together to try and get this thing sorted.

i have asked the OB if they mind if i use an out line of the letter to help me go down the same line. i have already got our local councillor on my side, who knows many of the people you would like to talk to, and he at this time is also sorting a letter to go to out MP. On Monday we start looking at the planning for these cameras, as i understand planning is need but it looks as though few have been applied for. If i am wrong then please please advice me dont say i am being ridiculous as i take exception to it.
If needed we will go to London to talk to the people that we need to help our cause.

So i wish you well and hope we can have many conversations though a little less confrontational.

    Thanks Malovern

That helps and i will not wast my time going down that avenue.

I am following your letters with great interest, i will not post mine unless i get some thing different and then i will PM you first to make shaw you are happy.
I do have a number of quite powerful people on my side who are willing to help me. I am not after making one person or parking company look silly i am after getting this sorted. If we manage to get this done i dont know but at least we will make an impact.

The very best to you and thank you for your help.

Excellent news. The more people contact their MP's over this, then something will have to be done. I am already looking at any political party which will take this matter on for my vote. For the record, I have never received any "parking invoices", I am just incensed that this behaviour is allowed to continue.
