In my experience, nothing apart from strong painkillers helps with Plantar Fasciitis. I had it, it went of it's own accord eventually.

There are inserts that help some with the condition.
Standard Orthoheel from Boots works for many but not all .

Got to agree with Holly, it's got a sniff of processed pork product about it.

I purchased my orthotics from ideal home show last year,
I was so happy to be pain free, that I took my wife along with me this year to also have a fitting.
She is also very happy with the orthotics from step right as her on going back pain that she had suffered with is now gone.

    Spam..why bother

As I posted above...they are available free on the NHS and custom made!!!

And what brought you to this thread?

Never order anything from a company that uses a po box as their contact address on their website-yet no mention of a guarentee

What brought me to this thread? Simply wondering what price other people had paid for inserts. I've been using them now for a while. Running, patrolling, hiking. Pretty good actually. Buy them/ don't buy them but don't not buy them just because the business address is a PO box. They work for me. They might not work for you, but the fact that there is a PO box address involved I don't think is relevant. Ludicrous suggestion. Crack on though.
  • Hmm your second post after 6 months only to come on and say how wonderful they are.

Sum'fin fishy about that you know.

And the PO box issue is relevant, very relevant

I attended the Ideal Home Exhibition 2016 with my partner earlier this year.
I suffer from sore, aching feet, especially when walking for a period of time.
At the event I visited a stand called Stepright Orthotics. I spent a while talking to
and getting advice from Wayne the gentleman running the stall.
He took some impressions of my feet and I agreed to purchase a set of foot orthotics.
They arrived about 8 days later and I tried them.
They were uncomfortable and and trying to wear them for nearly 2 weeks, couldn't get on with them..
I phoned Stepright Orthotics up and he asked me to send them back to make some modifications to them.
They paid for the postage both ways and got them back 5 days later.
When I got them back they felt so different, and didn't notice that much I was wearing them, but did see a real improvement
when standing on my feet and walking distances.
I wear them all the time and it has improved my confidence, and ability to do more.
The best thing I did was to call Wayne and tell him how good it was working and he was so pleased.
He also sent me a 50% voucher to use myself or pass on.
I would definitely recommend this company for their service and support.

Well, that's two spamming posts on one thread!

How stupid do you think people on this forum are? You are merely reinforcing what a scamming load of shysters you are!

    Yes, obviously spam.

As you say, at least two spam posts on this thread. Both have been quoted in full to make sure the spam message remains forever.
I won't bother to comment on your question, except to say... why do people quote spam posts?

Any reason why you bumped this very old thread?
