laptop bringing up wrong keys but not sure how to rectify it

This is an easy one for someone who knows basic stuff, but im a bit thick. want to go on magic radio on laptop but when typing in "m" it is typing an "O" which is on the same button as the m. obviously it is not a shift key i need to press but i am not sure what i need to press to get rid of this O. if i press a K i get a 2 which is on the button to the right of the k. im hopeless i know. please help!

thanks. looks like it is the FM lock cos when i press that the M works. another stupid question is how do i get FM lock off completely?Just about to give up!0
