Can anyone help me get connected wirelessly. I am fully connected with 100% signal strength according to my computer BUT I cannot connect wirelessly. Been on to the help desk at AOL who were no help at all and told me all of the obvious which I have done.
The router is a Thompson Speed Touch 576 the card is a Speed Touch 110g wireless 802.11g. Network is set up and running fine, other computers can connect wirelessly and this one (a Dell Inspiron 2200) is fine when the cable is in but as soon as the cable is out the connection drops. What is annoying me is that I am getting info saying everything is working!

It is all working now. I called the speedtouch help desk and they took me through a few steps. Should have called them before I called AOL. It was something to do with the windows programme and the speedtouch programme upsetting each other. Chap told me how to disable the speedtouch and connect via the windows programme.0

Yes, wrote down the key in blocks of five. It took a couple of goes to enter in right twice because it will not let you cut and paste.0
