in Credit cards
I applied for the BMI credit card (MBNA issued) for the 20000 Avios sign up bonus about a month ago and was auto-rejected. This decision was reversed on appeal (partly because of a mistake made by MBNA) and I was approved with a 6K limit.
I was sent an email with a link to sign the T&Cs, but this was broken, so I rang up to request a paper form. After about a week nothing had arrived despite repeated assurances that it had been sent. Several phone calls later, I was told that the reason nothing had arrived was because the BMI card was no longer available to new customers (BA had completed their takeover of BMI).
As a consequence they are refusing to issue me the card. I am a little confused because I applied online while the product was still available and if it wasn't for a mistake made by MBNA (they failed to remove a credit search as agreed) may well have been automatically accepted.
Is this a case of accepting it and moving on or is there anything I can do? Thanks in advance for your replies and apologies for the length of this post.

nope they can withdraw at anytimeDon't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.0
