London-tasmania 560 pounds

So, there are several dates this spring.

My question is this: I am actually only wanting to go as far as Melbourne, where this journey has a connection. Flights to melbourne are much more expensive than this flight. I am wondering if you think it is possible I could leave the airport at melbourne and then reboard at melbourne when coming home therefore skipping the entire Launceston leg entirely?

Cheers

    No, your ticket would be for London-Tasmania and that's what you'd have to travel.

    You could skip Melbourne - Launceston, on the outbound, but:
    You couldn't take baggage as that would be tagged to the final destination;
    and your return trip to the UK would be cancelled.
    I'd say, make the flight, and investigate Launceston - Melbourne flights / ferries separately.
