You can swap Tesco Clubcard vouchers for Airmiles but it doesn't work out a very good use of your Tesco Vouchers. You would be better off using the Tesco vouchers direct for holidays and/or holiday extras.
Homebase and Shell also have schemes
One of the major Credit card providers will give airmile for each £ spent. I think it is Nat West.
Times/Sunday Times sometimes have Airmile Vouchers to collect (last of these offers had a limited life on the vouchers).
There are usually people selling Airmile Vouchers on Ebay not sure what sort of rate you would pay.
If you shop on-line via the Airmiles site (various large companies) you can collect airmiles on each purchase have a look at the airmiles site for detail https://www.airmiles.co.uk0 -
You can buy as many as you need from the BA website. Be aware that there is a fixed fee of fifteen pounds for each purchase, so it makes sense to buy a lot once rather than several smaller purchases.
Alternatively, if you buy me a first-class round-the-world ticket they will throw in enough miles to last you for a good few years to come!0 -
Ok, that sounds like a good deal. Not.;)
Thanks for your advice!0 -
I've got loads of airmiles that I'd be happy to sell if I knew:
A) How much they're worth, &
How to transfer them. 0 -
Airmiles are only worth using during Special Offer programmes (ie.50% off or BOGOFS) or when purchasing non-flights.
The extremely high admin charges/taxes they charge on flights mean that more often than not a cheaper deal can be found by searching the web.
Used some recently during a special promotion to fly London - Miami - London for 2300 miles + £112 which was reasonable, but this would have usually cost over 5000 miles !!0
