I cancelled my account with them nearly two months ago but they have just taken another months payment which has now taken me overdrawn. This means a £30 charge! So £45 for a service I no longer have! What are the chances of getting my money back? None I feel is the answer.

If you cancel any service you should also cancel the direct debit instruction with your bank.0

but you should also be protected by the direct debit guarantee which accompanies every direct debit agreement you sign. If you have not approved the money being taken out of your account you should be able to contact your bank and have them refund the money. Take along proof that you cancelled the account.
