Plastic Panel next to Front Door - What do I need?

Hi Guys,
I'm moving house soon and need to remove the cat flap next to the front door and replace the panel pictured below.
I know it's a plastic panel but what should I search for/ask for when I'm buying one and from where?
I guess it will be a custom height x width but will it be a set thickness. I'd ideally like a replacement or to know exactly what I need before removing the one below.
Thanks.

You go to a double glazing company, or a firm that does D/G repairs. Simple really!
They will be able to supply what you need.I can afford anything that I want.
Just so long as I don't want much.0 -
just piece of upvc flat infill panel by the looks of it it is internally glazed remove the internal beads with chisel gently taping with hammer measure height and width then depth(24mm /28mm) refit tempory unless someones staying in the house and take down to d/g company for a piece if you can do yourself if not ring the aboveif you think peoples advice is helpfull please take the time to clicking the thank you button it gives great satisfaction0

As above - any local double glazing firm. I've just done the same job, but replaced the panel with glass. Cost me £42 for both panels of my back door. If you're going for replacing that panel with another the same, it should be very cheap - its only polystyrene and plastic.0
