HELP!!
My bank has defended my claim and on the 'Bank charges website' it says that i have to fill in an 'allocation questionnaire' from the Courts, but it doesn't mention where i can get it from or what to do next.
When i went on the Money claim Website, it just says that as the Bank has defended the claim, i cannot continue with it online.
Can anyone advise me on this please.

Hi Magenta
It is standard to receive a defence so dont worry about that...what should happen now is you will receive a copy of the defence from the court and probably one from the banks solicitors too.
The allocation questionnaires are being dispensed with in many case now, so if you dont receive one with the copy of the defence from court then dont worry. GIve the court a quick call to double check.
It just means that the courts have seen many hundreds of these claims now and know exactly whats going to happen, ie. the bank will settle before a court date....so theres not much point them putting a load of effort in, and putting you to the expense of a further hundred pounds.
You will be transferred to your local court now as opposed to Northampton.
Let us know when you receive your defence from the court. Everything is on paper now, MCOL only works upto defence submission.
Best wishes, you should be paid soon

hi Esmerellda
yeh it seems to be standard for courts now to disperse with a.q. form. so does that mean we will recieve a hearing date fromt the court, and should do nothing insomuch as the bank will settle, all things being equal before that date
thanks fellini0
