No, but you shouldn't really park in disabled bays if you aren't.
    Je Suis Cecil.
  • Parking in a disabled bay is inconsiderate if you are not disabled, but if you do it doesn't entitle a private company to make 90 quid profit.

    Ignore UKPC.

If you knew you shouldnt, why did you park there?

The ticket is unenforcable as said above but that doesnt mean you can just use disabled bays without a good reason (like being disabled as opposed to only being 10 minutes)

Very funny...except that Tourettes wouldn't be a reason for anyone to take up a disabled bay, even on private land like a Supermarket car park. It's certainly a disability protected by the Equality Act - and a distressing condition for those who have it - but it would not in itself give cause to use a disabled bay...

I think the message has already been given that none of us approve of someone taking up a disabled bay but that doesn't mean a third party rip-off merchant are suddenly due a contribution to their Christmas jolly. Two wrongs don't make a right!

    :p
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I'd suggest you ignore the ticket and then make a suitable donation to a disability charity to make up for your selfishness.
