just want to prasie cadbuy customer service. i found a small stone in my bar of fruit and nut bar. rung up they sent my a bag to put in. got a letter this morning with a £15 voucher attached. i was only expecting to get a free bar. but well done cadbuy

Must be regular with the Fruit and Nut line! About 4 years ago I found a small piece of wood in my bar of Fruit and Nut. Similar response happened to me too, but mine was only for £5!

Please yell a bit more and say you deserve 'compensation' for the massive trauma you suffered.

Please mention 'what if my child had eaten it!'

Please mention how you feel that £15 voucher is a mockery for the emotional damage you have suffered

I once bought a pack of cadburys fudges that had one missing. £5 voucher. Given the pack was something like 74 or 76p at the time....outstanding customer service

I rarely buy chocolate though so I never got around to using that voucher. Thought that counts though.

Kraft they dont have make good plastic chocolate

Every year the bars get smaller just how long can that be sustainable?
