    Getmore4less that is not the OP's question which is what I was responding to. The OP was about how the inheritance of a person who had predeceased the testator/testatrix and what happens to that legacy. That this happened means that this would be passed down to the descendents of the deceased inheritor.

    The answer to the question that you have posted is similarly easier you make specific points in the will such as should person a predecease then children b c etc shall take ........
