Capital gains tax?

I was just wondering if someone was able to advise, I have owned a property for 10 years of which I lived in it for 9 the last year I have been renting it out and am now thinking of selling, will I be liable for capital gains? I do not own a 2nd property.

if you sell within 3 years of moving out (assuming you lived in it from the day you bought it untill you moved out last year), no CGt will be payable.0
