Hi im not sure I am caling it the right name but I was working for a cleaning company for 3 years i took 5 months maternity leave i told my supervisor several times the date i was coming back to work, i arranged with her to collect keys from the woman who was covering for me, the day before i was supposed to go back to work, when i arrived at depot the woman knew nothing about it and thought she had a permanent job, i agreed to to one weeks wages and not go back, was i wrong in doing this? is it too late to do anything about it? It was 18 months ago.
