Double Glazing and new door

Hi, Can anybody recommend a double glazing firm in the birmingham/Erdington area.
I need 5 Windows and a door replacing on a ground floor flat.
Does anyone have any estimate for costs for a replacement door, upvc or like and fitting?
I know windows are hard to estimate so I know i'll need to get somebody round to measure up etc.
