Hello, Apologogies if this is the wrong forum - but need to start somewhere!
I have been approached by my son's 'youth group' to see if I can find a way to help them raise money for a particular piece of equipment.
We have had lots of fundraising events and now they would like to look at asking for grants or similar (like the National Lottery?)
They are a non profit making group - who are not charity registered, no idea where to start!!! Any suggestions welcomed

Start with Awards for All. https://www.awardsforall.org.uk/
"Awards for All is a Lottery grants scheme funding small, local community-based projects in the UK."0 -

From there, you could move on to your local volunteer organisation - google volunteer plus your town / city / county. They may have access to software which lets you search for grants for your kind of group, and your kind of need.Signature removed for peace of mind0
