RBS refuse to refund fraud transactions! - Any advice for complaint please?

So why have they said that they are not refunding mobile phone top ups.

Are they the same co, if you use PAYG, that you or familiy use?
Have you had the same fraud before?

Mobile top ups are the most common type of fraud ( If I had 1p for everyone I have seen, I would not need to play the lottery). But it is also seen where a faimly member has the card set for auto topups and is unaware that they are spending as much.

I doubt that the compromise is related to your computer, and even if it was then it makes no diffrence.
Odds on your card was compromised at a retailer. Could even have happened months ago.

So please post answers the questions and which co it is too.

You are not giving enough info to even come close to providing anything like a answer.
